Abstract: Original research results on planning career, based on professional qualification courses, are presented. Professional qualification courses for professions in the area of services are designed. They are relevant to the European and National Qualification Frameworks (EQF and NQF) and a core curriculum or new professional competence standards. Achieved competences increase the potential and the mobility on the labour market.
