Abstract: Civilization, which is a creation of the social acquisition inclusive of products of technology, as well as science, political culture and the range of controlling natural environment situates an individual in the sphere of necessity of participating in the creation of the present time provided that an individual autonomy is preserved. By no means, it is not an easy task, indicated by unpredictability, ambivalent of meanings and presumed incompetence.
