Streszczenie: W artykule przedstawiono wyniki ogólnopolskich badań ankietowych przeprowadzonych przez Stowarzyszenie Doradców Szkolnych i Zawodowych RP przy współpracy Ośrodka Rozwoju Edukacji w Warszawie dotyczących potrzeb szkoleniowych doradców zawodowych pracujących na rzecz edukacji. Badania zostały przeprowadzone w 2021 roku na grupie 143 doradców zawodowych pracujących w szkołach podstawowych i ponadpodstawowych. Respondenci odpowiedzieli na pytania dotyczące sześciu obszarów tematycznych, w tym modułów treści programowych
Abstract: The article presents the results of a nationwide survey conducted by the Association of School and Vocational Counsellors of the Republic of Poland in cooperation with the Education Development Center in Warsaw on the training needs of career counsellors working for education. The research was conducted in 2021 on a group of 143 career counsellors working in primary and secondary schools. The respondents answered questions on six subject areas: 1) Getting to know yourself/Getting to know your own resources, 2) The world of professions and the labour market, 3) The educational market and lifelong learning, 4) Planning your own development and making educational and professional decisions, and 5) other training needs, as well as 6) their preferred forms of professional development. The obtained data will allow for the construction of an effective training offer dedicated to career counsellors employed in the education system.
