The determinants of own professional development in views of the modern labour market`s employees

Abstract: The article presents selected research results about the processes, factors and development activities, which in the opinion of the surveyed employees influence professional development in different periods of our lives. Those polled represented three groups: teachers, administration and economic staff sector.
