Abstract: The possibility of taking up work by people with disabilities is an important component for employment and the labour market. It is also one of the elements of the model for the description of a profession adopted in the PO WER project ”Developing, supplementing and updating information about professions and its dissemination using modern communication tools – INFODORADCA+ ”.
