Effective learning in a vocational school

Abstract: Learning capability has been considered to be one of the key competences that are developed all life long thanks to formal education. A vocational school student is depicted here as an example of an active participant of the educational process. A survey was used to assess the vocational school students’ attitude towards the learning process in general and decisions they make concerning future labour market.
