Attitudes of employees towards flexible forms of work

Abstract: The aim of the article is to present the attitudes of employees towards the practice of flexible forms of work. Research has shown little optimistic attitude of employees to work in these forms. The acceptance decreases with age and seniority, and it is lower among those who have not yet been employed in the flexible forms of work.
